Describe a memorable meal or restaurant….
Veg thali under the stars ( and lots of wine!) with friends in the gardens of 28 Kothi- a fabulous guest house in the middle of the city!

Describe a favorite hotel...
I stay with my production team, but my favourite hotel is Narain Niwas- it is like stepping back in time. The gardens are my true sanctuary in middle of the city- perfect place for a dip in the pool on a day off or a freezing cold KingFisher beer after a long day!

Describe a perfect day from start to finish….
Up early and spend the entire day with my team working on print and production- watching the magic unfold gives me so much energy! Usually by 6 we are done and I will head to Bar Palladio to meet local friends for drinks and then dinner at home!

What is the local shopping specialty? What should someone plan to bring home?
In Jaipur, I love to head to the flea market next to the Sunday flower market- you never know what trinkets you can pick up. I recently got some amazing tin medicine boxes from the 60's.

What is your favorite travel book, and why?
For India, I love the Love Travel guides! So many amazing tips that make you feel like a local.

Smile and connect- put down your phone!

Dream future trip?
Dying to explore the countryside of Romania on foot.

What are 3 things that you always pack in your suitcase?
Whatever book I am reading, sunscreen and a SZ scarf.

Are there any favorite publications/blogs/magazines or books that always give you the travel itch?
I love/ hate that Instagram does this.

What is your favorite Artemis Design Co. item, and why?
My new smoking loafers- can't wait to pair them with SZ Disco pants for summer evenings.

Of all time- too many! I am still extremely taken with A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara.

Just keep grinding!
