Holiday Return/Exchange Policy

Starting now for the Holidays we will be extending our return and exchange policy until 2 weeks after Christmas. 

Exchanges

Due to the uniqueness of each product and our quickly-changing inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.  If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order.  We suggest that you order your new pair as soon as you find one you like, due to the fact that they are one of a kind pieces and sell quite quickly!

If you are having issues with sizing, please send us an outline drawing of your foot with your return. We’ll reach out to you right away with our best estimate for your shoe size!

Returns

For regular U.S. orders, use our Returns Portal to send your unused merchandise back in original condition within 30 days for a refund, less a $12 shipping and handling fee.  Please be sure to include your invoice with the shipment.

Please note that we will not accept any items that have been scuffed or stretched.  This includes lightly work Kilim Shoes, as the material begins to mold to the wearer's foot after only an hour or so of wear.

We like to include a gift with customer orders.  In the past we've sent kilim key fobs, nail polish, Moroccan grocery bags, and others!  These goodies are truly gifts from us to you, and we hope you'll keep them even if you return your purchase.

International & Sale

All international orders are considered final sale, so we strongly recommend using our foot tracing process to ensure the correct fit.  International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

All items on sale are considered final sale, and not returnable.
