Rugs ship directly from our warehouse in Turkey via UPS, and usually take about a week to reach our customers in the US.

We want you to love your new rug! If it doesn't work in your space, please email us at hi@artemisdesignco.com and we will happily initiate a return for you.

Please note that there will be a shipping & handling fee deducted for any returns initiated through us. That fee consists of the cost of return shipping, and our warehouses fees to repackage and re-shelve the product. Cost will vary depending on the size of your rug, and we can provide a quote when you reach out to initiate your return.
